Náplň práce: • Identifies all current or potential customers for company products and manages the relationship with them • Develops sales strategies and actions by customers / areas / products • Reports and monitors the results achieved • Communicates, implements, monitors and follows-up on all promotional programs with phone calls, mass fax, flyers and mailing • Organizes and performs visits if required • Measures sales performance of assigned accounts and new business by product line and volume increases • Reports on the activities done • Manages customers requires and complains • Participates at planned tradeshows • Performs miscellaneous job when required
Požadavky: • Ability to work in a team environment and independently with little or no supervision • Ability to read, interpret and follow safety rules • Time management skills • Ability to show initiative with a high level of energy • Ability to cross-train in other departments as assigned • Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors and customers • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written • Excellent English and German • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Driving license (B)
